Today, two of our volunteers spent some time in the kitchen with our Chef, Kerry, making delicious peanut butter brownies. 👩🏼‍🍳

Opportunities like this help our volunteers build confidence, develop their kitchen skills, and continue learning through hands-on experience. Well done to you both, the brownies turned out beautifully! 💙

Today we’re celebrating Kira as she graduates from her supported internship and joins us as a volunteer.

Over the past 9 months, Kira has worked hard to develop her skills and confidence, becoming a valued member of our team. We are incredibly proud of everything she has achieved, including being awarded Student of the Year by her college.

Kira was joined by Emmie, Volunteer Coordinator at The Spire, to celebrate this special milestone. We are delighted that Kira’s journey with us will continue as a volunteer.
