Apparently, if you put your ear to it , you can smell the sea 🌊.......

BTW..... the gold taste award featured in the picture is for the DukesHill dry cure smoked streaky bacon.
Based in Shropshire they have been awarded a royal warrant from King Charles 111 - and as a special treat, I shall be using this bacon all week in my ULTIMATE B.L.T'S , B.L.T.C'S & B.L.T.B'S .
