Sometimes the most special ingredients come with the most special stories. 🌳

This season, the plums in our Eton Mess aren't just delicious – they're incredibly meaningful to us.

They've been picked from Sarah's late father's plum tree, and every year when it bears fruit, we're reminded of him. Although he's no longer with us, it feels as though he's still playing a part in Isabel's, helping us create dishes for our guests.

A beautiful reminder that food isn't just about flavour – it's about memories, family and the people who inspire us.

If you're joining us over the coming weeks, be sure to save room for dessert and try our Eton Mess, made with these very special homegrown plums. 💜🍑
