Created for a very special birthday and inspired by Ray from the seal sanctuary in Cornwall, this has to be one of the most unusual and lovable cakes I’ve made.

From his glossy little eyes and whiskers to those wonderfully squidgy folds, blue buttercream waves and salmon treats, every detail was handmade to bring Ray to life.
