Happy Monday everyone!

Thanks to your increasing support we have had a large influx of customers since the start of the year ❤️

To ensure that all of our customers, returning and new get treated fairly, we are now implementing a 2 hour limit on each table so that everyone gets the chance to sit in (should there be space available!)

Sul y Mamau hapus iawn to all of the amazing M**s out there but especially to this legend, our Mam!

I’m not sure how many of our customers are aware but it’s thanks to this wizard that we have all of the amazing homemade cakes, bakes, goodies and treats, that we do in our shop.

How lucky are we that we get to work with our wonderful Mam every day and share the hard work that she has put into running our little shop, with all of our wonderful customers.

Running your own business is no mean feat and we are lucky to have such a fantastic role model showing that work ethic, kindness and determination doesn’t go unnoticed!

✨CLOSED MONDAY 3rd OF MARCH✨

After and extremely busy week and then our taster menu last night (more on that to come) we will be closed tomorrow to catch up on baking, ready for the week ahead.

We cannot thank you all enough for making this past week such an epic one. We are constantly bowled over by your support and kind words, so diolch o galon to you all!

After completing the Professional Cookery course in Coleg y Cymoedd, Nant Garw last year, Tay, William and Abbie all decided that they wanted to host an evening to showcase to the public the type of food that inspires and motivates them to pursue careers in the cooking industry.

They have been busy for weeks, practicing the menu and executing each of the dishes to the highest standard, in preparation for Saturday night, and we cannot wait for you to taste all of their hard work on the weekend ✨
