Dear customers

It has come to our attention that a huge numbers of customers are booking large tables ( specifically weekends) and then cancelling hours before or just simply not turning up at all or turning up with half the numbers or less. They don’t even have the courtesy to call us to let us know. This is simply unacceptable and it’s costing us huge sums.

The management has taken the decision to take a deposit of £10 per person for any bookings of 6 or more guests at the time of booking. We will not take bookings unless a deposit is paid. Any changes or cancellation within 24 hours before the bookings will be changed at a £10 cancellation fee per guest. Any medical reasons will be considered but evidence will be required.

I hope all our regular loyal customers will understand and help to stop this all together.
