Join us for great coffee, no doubt some special motors, and a cause that really matters.

We’re hosting a chilled morning for the petrolhead community to fuel up on coffee and pastries and, most importantly, to stand behind a brave local boy and his family.

Teddy is just 3 years old and currently fighting Neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. His family is raising vital funds for specialist overseas care, with their GoFundMe already sitting just shy of £140,000!

Every penny from ticket and till sales for this Cars & Coffee morning will go straight to Teddy’s fund.

Sunday plans sorted.

There’s bacon, egg & cheese and then there’s bacon, egg and cheese.

Ingredients sourced locally and curated from the Fuel Station. A somewhat simple dish but firmly holding its own on the brekky menu.

𝟱 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗘 ⚡️🐐 Gary Nugent

Seeing photos of the container brought back all sorts of memories! When Gary joined, we started from scratch. No kitchen, no menu and no chefs.

We cut and welded a container, dragged it into the car park, kitted it out the best we could and from there the Fuel Station was born. I’ll skip past the burst pipes, flooding, scraping ice off the counter in winter and managing the greenhouse in summer… they were tough but great times.

Countless smashed patties later, as the business grew we were able to build two brand new commercial kitchens (The Cedars & Old Post). All designed and project managed by yours truly. It was by no means an overnight job but one that took a lot of thought, care and attention.

You can see from the brief snippet of photos how much Gary has helped and supported the Baffle journey outside the kitchen just as much as he has from inside. From head chef to kitchen executive covering both sites, what a journey it’s been… so far.

Here’s to the next 5 Gazza. 🍻
