Here’s one of our pizzas that went out tonight. (Thanks Reece Walters for the 📸), and for some reason it’s prob our fav pic we’ve had taken.

This is exactly what we’re aiming for when we are baking. Baked hard with a bit of char. Pronounced bubbled crust. Crispy and chewy. 👌

It might not be to everyone’s taste, but that’s how they come. We’re into Pale Ales, not pale crusts 😂.

We hardly ever take any pictures in the kitchen as the lighting is crap and we’re always in a rush to get the pizza to the table! So just felt we’d share this banger with you! 😍

It’s Tuesday. It’s quiz night. It’s also Tom’s last shift tonight 😭😭😢😢😭😭.

Huge thanks for showing up to the Pontyclun Food & Drink Festival today! The rain hit hard for a brief period until the sun shone through!

Big news announcement ………
After 36 years in the hospitality industry we are finally calling time! We’re retiring, it’s been an absolute blast, had some great times and met some lovely people.
We’d like to say a big thank you to all our lovely customers, old and new. Thanks for all your support over the years. A massive shout out to all our amazing staff old and new. A special thanks to my right hand man Dale, couldn’t have done it without you buddy 🥰
Our last day of trading will be Sunday 13th September, no doubt we will see you around the village! 👋
Keep your eyes 👀 peeled for a new an exciting business taking over the building. You will not be disappointed, they will be a great and exciting addition to the street for all you foodies!

Just a heads up that it’s the Pontyclun Food Festival tomorrow in the car park opposite. It will be blocked off at 11pm. Try not to leave your car there tonight like Zach Gleave , or you’ll get blocked in!

Wow! Never knew a lick of paint would cause so much fuss! 😂

Some of you love it, some of you hate it. We heard you. But, we’ve been splitting opinion and doing things differently since 2017! 😂🤘

Was gonna paint over it today though, but Tallie said she will quit if we did!

So what do we want? Tallie or boring paint?
