Serving traditional English homemade fare,thats available to take away too! We start the season with fresh lemons,making lots of delicious lemon desserts, scones and cakes. Then its time for the bluebells during April and May w

hich are growing nearby in the Abbots Wood covering the whole of the woods in a carpet of blue, during this time you will find on sale in our tea shop our blueberry selection of
of treats,pies, puddings and jams. June then brings our strawberry fare, As we grow our own strawberries we are able to use them in our delicious flans, desserts and in our jams to accompany our much sought after cream teas. you will find lots of cakes , puddings,pies at this time of year all made from our very own harvest of fruit. October brings our biggest event of the year,Pumpkin Time!Pumpkins are our speciality and pumpkin Pete grows a fantastic range sized from small to absolutely enormous! all grown on our very own pumpkin patch,They are picked and on sale from the 1st of October in time for our Halloween event. At this time of year a visit to our pumpkin pantry is a must, where you will find absolutely everything you can think of made with our very own different types of pumpkins and squashes. We have cakes, puddings, pies, jams and chutneys and not forgetting our renowned delicious soups. Pete in our nursery grows a wide variety of fruit and vegetables, which we not only use in our tea shop when in season, but is also on sale in our gardening department along side our own summer bedding, shrubs and plants. Pete creates beautiful hanging baskets both to decorate our garden and for you to purchase, these can also be made order to suit your garden colour and theme. We are animal friendly and have a variety of our own breed birds in the garden for you to enjoy whilst you visit us and not forgetting our parrot Lucky who loves nothing better than a good natter with the customers. We welcome dogs in the garden but please keep them on leads. Dog bowls of water are available and even doggy treats if they are good ! We have a large menu of homemade food and there is also special boards with our daily hot food and desserts. All our food is freshly made to order, so please allow a short waiting time. There is free customer parking

All roads are still accessible to reach us

We’re open with our full menu & some delicious homemade specials on our blackboards ..
Will be serving Breakfasts, light snacks & have an abundance of cakes & scones available..
There is road closure signs in the area with access to us still available .

There is ROAD CLOSURE SIGNS ON SOME OF THE APPROACH ROADS LEADING TO US!
WE ARE OPEN AS USUAL 😀

YOU CAN STILL GET ACCESS TO US VIA THE A22 (staying on the road passing the speedway & following signs to the main entrance of Abbot’s wood ) THE A27 APPROACH IS ALSO ACCESSIBLE (Turning at the crossways hotel following the road down to us)
These routes are the easiest & open as normal!

The ROAD CLOSURE WiLL BE AFFECTING THE ROAD LEADING TO US THOUGH VIA “THE STREET “ ARLINGTON

Hi & a massive Thankyou once again to all those lovely Abbots wood Park runners that joined us again on Saturday for cold drinks ,teas,coffees & breakfast bites & those well deserved slices of cakes too!
We are truly are appreciative.. 🥰
We do have free customer parking & are open from 9.30am
Just a little reminder there is garden taps scattered around the tea garden with drinking water readily available where you are welcome to fill up those water vessels & don’t forget were super dog friendly too! With dog bowls available for your doggy companions & free doggie treats..
