Really good cheeseburgers inspired by places we've visited and people we've met in and around Los Angeles.

Everything is made in house by us except for the cheese and buns! We make everything in house except the buns and the cheese. Our patties are hand made using amazing beef from small farms. We are open for collections and orders via deliveroo from our truck in Plymouth from Wednesday - Saturday or you can order one of our DIY kits to make our burgers your way at home. These kits deliver every Friday and the order cut off is the Monday at midday.

Stay for everything else!

When it comes to great food and drink we know what we’re talking about. We put the same effort into developing our side dishes as we do into our burgers. But we also select some seriously tasty craft beers to complement your meal.

But the best bit is this - our little restaurant here in Plymouth is the only place in the world where you can experience this. We’re not part of chain, we’re family run, we’re not franchised and totally unique to this city - and for that we’re super proud!

PERFECT SIMPLICITY

Is said that simple is the most difficult thing to get right. Where just a few ingredients come together to create a perfect example of a dish. It’s said that our bacon cheeseburger is this. Simple but perfect.

Aged beef pressed onto the griddle for a heavy crust, American cheese because American cheese is the s**t, Pancetta instead of bacon, bone marrownaise to bring up the beef, a slice of raw onion for texture and subtle flavour, toasted bun with a low flavour profile that holds everything together.
