I can’t believe it’s been one year already 🧜♀️
One year ago I took a huge leap into the unknown and started The Mermaid Boil with nothing but an idea, a lot of determination, and to add something different to the Plymouth food scene. Hoping that Plymouth would love a proper seafood boil experience!
Looking back now, I honestly can’t believe how far we’ve come in just one year.
To every single customer who’s booked with us, shared our posts, recommended us to friends, travelled from miles away, or simply believed in what we were trying to achieve… thank you. Every booking, every kind word, every photo you’ve shared has helped us grow into what we are today.
A massive thank you also to all of the amazing local businesses who welcomed us into their venues and gave us somewhere to pop up. Supporting small businesses is what it’s all about, and we couldn’t have done this without you. You are the core of what we do ✨
And finally, to my incredible work family. You know who you are. Thank you for the long days, the laughs, the hard work, and for standing by me through every challenge. I genuinely couldn’t have done this without you 🩵
This is only the beginning. We’ve got some exciting things planned, and I honestly can’t wait to see what the next year brings.
