Professional Baker Wanted 🥐 🍞

We’re looking for an experienced baker with a passion for laminated pastry and a deep understanding of dough handling. If you know how to achieve a beautifully open honeycomb crumb, take pride in consistency, and enjoy creating modern viennoiserie and laminated pastries, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Mixing and dough preparation
    •    Locking in butter
    •    Book folds and lamination
    •    Shaping and finishing pastries
    •    Proofing and baking
    •    Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency

You’ll be joining a supportive team in our growing artisan bakery, where collaboration, creativity, and product development are at the heart of what we do. We’re always exploring new ideas and exciting products, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.
