Simple, effective and convenient, ideal for those who want to improve their diet, health and wellbeing, raising money & awareness for Type 1 diabetes till we can find the cure together. Fuel is a new venture for Mehdi Taheri and Becky Murphy who have worked in the catering and hospitality industry for a combined amount of 20 years. Working on a basis of 4 steps to make your meal makes it easy to understand what it is your body needs. The ingredients we use not only make for delicious food, but also provide you with a nutritience packed meal. Pre prepared by our fantastic qualified chefs - bespoke for you, we make healthy easy. Our vision of clean, fresh, and healthy food means none of the meals are processed or contain any addatives, colours or added sugars. All being made at our Plymouth based restaurant, with produce coming from local butchers, Fishmongers and greengrocers we can guarantee none of the food has been interfered with so you can tuck in with a sound mind. Our meals are diebeities friendly and perfect for fat loss, muscle gain and a balanced lifestyle.
