A huge thank you to everyone who booked and dined with us during Italian Trattoria Week!

Your support means so much to our students, who continue to grow in both skill and confidence with every service. These valuable learning experiences simply wouldn't be possible without the encouragement and feedback of our guests.

We are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and passion our students have shown throughout the week, and we're grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a success.
