Well let’s start from the beginning..
Our meat is carefully sourced from an abattoir in the Scottish countryside.
It arrives aged then we hang it & age it for a further week to 10 days.
Our talented chefs butcher it.
The finest off cuts are transformed into our signature burgers, steak pie & mince- which is used for our old favourite dishes like mousaka, bolognese & lasagna.
From the Scottish countryside to the S&O kitchen - every cut has its purpose! 🔥
