🌿 WHAT. A. SUMMER! 🍸🔥

The past 3 months have been absolutely full-on at Creative Catering Services!

From private chef experiences and stunning grazing spreads to 6-course tasting menus, food deliveries and our cocktail bar trailer, we’ve been lucky enough to take our food and drinks all over Devon, Cornwall, the South Hams & Somerset. 🚐💨

One of the highlights was working alongside the Inn Theatre Company in Dartmouth, providing catering for their productions — a fantastic experience combining great food, hospitality and entertainment. 🎭🍴

Meanwhile, our creative kitchen has been busy too! 🧑‍🍳

We’ve been keeping our local farm shop stocked with some of our homemade favourites, including:
🍍 Pineapple & chilli chutney
🌿 Fennel relish
🍏 Apple & ginger jelly
…and plenty more in the pipeline!

Now, as things start to quieten down, we’re taking a little time to recharge, reflect and get creative about what comes next.

Because there are plenty of new ideas brewing… 👀

Come with us to Truro for an evening of seriously good food ✨

A five-course dining experience created and served by the Creative Catering team, with a menu packed full of bold flavours and little twists along the way.

🍽️ Pre-starter — Miso-maple glazed pork belly, apple chutney
🐟 Starter — Sea trout, white bean purée, asparagus, crispy pancetta, confit garlic & pea fricassee
🥩 Main — Beef fillet, blue cheese & oxtail suet pie, sweet shallot purée, Madeira glazed Parisienne potatoes & red w**e jus
🍸 Pre-dessert — Mojito taco with tuile biscuit, rum & white chocolate crémeux, mint jelly & lime sherbet
🍓 Dessert — White chocolate & miso mousse, macerated strawberries & chocolate crumb

A menu made for a special evening, from the first bite to the last. 🤍

A Super busy week catering for new and regular clients in Salcombe and Exeter, showcasing grazing spreads, 5 course tasting menus and food delivery services, some new dishes including a new amuse bouche, pea pannacotta, salcombe crab, confit tomato and lemon gel. Also a pressed apple and calvados terrine, huge thanks to my team this week, Leia, Lottie, Catlin and Martyn .

What an amazing 5 days working along side the in Dartmouth castle, your production is amazing and all so wonderful to work with. the Creative Pour Trailer was a storming success along side offering food aswell.
Thankyou to all my staff who worked so hard over the 5 days, your amazing as always❤️
