Plymouth really needs to hold onto the places that give the city character.
Restaurants like Zeus on Cornwall Street have been part of Plymouth for years, and once independent local businesses disappear from the high street, they rarely come back. Itβs so easy for chains to take over, but theyβll never replace the atmosphere, memories, and personal touch that family-run places bring to the city.
Zeus restaurant strives to continue to serve locally sourced, fresh ingredients at a reasonable price, we want to be here a very long time.
If you can, try to support local whether thatβs grabbing a meal, recommending them to friends, or even just sharing their page. Small businesses are having a tough time everywhere at the moment, and it would be heartbreaking to lose more of the places that make Plymouth feel like Plymouth.
Use them or lose them, honestly.
