Happy birthday Bob! It was an exciting challenge to make this giant Ferrero Rocher cake for a milestone birthday. Layers of succulent hazelnut chocolate sponge wrapped in a rich, nutty chocolate ganache, finished with an edible gold lustre. Mr Ambassador, you spoil us!

We were delighted to present this Star Trek themed cake to a serious chocoholic on his landmark birthday. Two tiers of chocolate sponge, filled and shrouded with dark and white chocolate ganache, and studded with hand made ‘flaming meteorite’ brandy truffles, topped with a hand crafted sugar paste Enterprise.

We were honoured and excited to be asked to create a special cake for the opening night of Metamorphosis, performed by Frantic assembly at Theatre Royal Plymouth. At an after-show party, the cast, creative team and crew were treated to three tiers of chocolate, lemon and vanilla wrapped in buttercream and cacao noir, topped with a hand sculpted representation of the stunning animated show poster in fondant icing. Thank you all for a brilliant production! Break a leg for the rest of the tour!

Happy birthday Lucky Rob! Our brief was to make an animated casino-style slot machine birthday cake for Rob’s 70th. Two tiers of vanilla sponge with white chocolate buttercream filling, dressed with chocolate coins, fondant icing and a custom video of the spinning reels, complete with sound effects!

Not only do we have a wide variety of delicious flavours in eye catching packaging, but it’s also dairy-free! No cows were milked in the making of this commercial.
