An evening of discovery awaits.

Join us at Blacklands for an intimate six-course blind tasting experience, where each dish is revealed only as it reaches the table.

There is no menu to study.
No expectations to follow.
Just six carefully crafted courses, created by our chefs and designed to take you somewhere unexpected.

All dietary requirements and allergies will be thoughtfully accommodated, while an optional wine pairing is available to complement each course and complete the experience.

5 DAYS TO GO…

The wait is almost over.

In just 5 days, Blacklands Restaurant will open its doors at Welbeck Manor, bringing something new to the manor, while staying firmly rooted in where we’ve come from.

Expect great food, great drinks, a warm atmosphere and a menu made for settling in, enjoying yourself and making a few memories along the way.

And there’s something else…

Bookings officially open TOMORROW at 9AM and the menu is dropping very soon! ⏰
