☕️ WE’RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED BARISTA ☕️

Fig & Thyme Kitchen is looking for a seriously good barista to join our small, busy brunch team.

This is not a slow coffee shop job — we run a fast service and need someone confident, organised and calm under pressure. If you love the buzz of a packed café, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll be making coffees and other beverages at speed, taking orders, running drinks, chatting to customers and helping the team wherever needed. We’re big on standards, consistency and good energy on the floor is essential.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong barista experience (busy café/restaurant)
• Fast, switched-on and reliable
• Friendly and confident with customers
• Team player attitude & ready to smash it for a small independent business!

- Full time. 30-40 hours per week
- Monthly Pay
- Monthly Tips - Highly competitive.
- Flexible rota. Weekend’s are required.
- Supportive small team
- Opportunity to grow into a supervisor position for right candidate
