So! Unfortunately I was not able to turn my pitch at Transit Way into a success, despite having gained some wonderful regulars in the few months that I have been there. It is a tough gig to establish a successful pitch and it takes time, patience and a lot of effort so my hat goes off to everyone who sticks at it! For me though, I shall be moving onto pastures new… And so a huge thanks to all my customers and especially the regulars who have kept me sane during those very long, wet winter days, the little chats do go a long way! I am sorry to say that I won’t be back at Transit Way but the van will be at Crownhill Fort on Easter Monday. Much love 🫶🏽☕️

Goodbye February! They were a couple of tough months for sure, as it was for a lot of small businesses … BUT Spring is near, things are warming up and I’m back in the kitchen. All cakes and bakes on the van this week will be home made, tried and tested recipes and all at a BARGAIN price of £2- tomorrow’s menu: Coffee & Walnut Cake, Bakewell Tart and Triple Chocolate Brownie. I’d love to see some new customers at Transit Way, Matalan. I’ll be there tomorrow 0830-1330 🫶☕️
