🔥🧿 It's our birthday! Greek Soul Kitchen is turning 2 years old this Sunday, and as a thank you to all of our foodie friends, we are teaming up with FUEL Catering and The Corinthian Plymouth and running a charity BBQ after the Plymouth half marathon! 🧿🔥

🧿🔥 Summer is officially here!!! 🔥🧿
The plan for this long weekend is restaurant dinner for tonight as well as boatyard tables available for the ones that fancy trying our Al fresco dining area. The gazebo goes up tomorrow and the grill would be on from 12.00noon till late! Saturday and Sunday we'll be serving our Greek BBQ style menu at the boatyard tables! Hope to see and cook for you all soon!

🔥🧿 1 week till summer!!! 🧿🔥

Last week before the summer officially starts, and the countdown couldn't have a better ending...filo pastry with layers of walnuts, nutmeg and cinnamon, bathed in our unique syrup and toped with almonds and hazelnuts. No need for introductions when we are talking about the Greek Soul Kitchen baklava! A vegan friendly sweet desire to treat yourself!

🔥🧿 2 weeks till summer!!! 🧿🔥

This week's flavourful starter is definitely linked with the grandmother's kitchen, and memories from the childhood summer holiday dinners.
Our courgette balls recipe is one of a kind and I believe it touches perfection! Beautifully crusty on the outside, with a mix of shredded courgettes, cheese, carrots herbs, spices and peppers that melts in the mouth. Served with tzatziki and makes it the best starter!

🔥🧿 3 weeks till summer!!! 🧿🔥

Today's meze is coming from the most stunning Greek north mainland's city! Thessaloniki could easily characterised as one of the top gastronomic Greek destinations. One of this flavours included on our menu is the sesame coated feta with a drizzle of honey. Deep fried, crunchy on the outside with melting feta cheese in the middle, it's the ultimate balance between sweet and sour.
