Wonderful news from the MICHELIN Guide

We’re absolutely delighted to share that The Old Manse of Blair has once again been retained in the MICHELIN Guide’s 2026 Hotel Selection.

Alongside our MICHELIN Guide restaurant listing, announced earlier this year, this recognition is a wonderful reflection of the experience we strive to create here — from our historic Georgian house and beautiful Highland setting, to the food, hospitality and all the little details that make a stay at The Old Manse of Blair so special.

We’re incredibly proud of our family and team, whose passion and hard work make it all possible. And, of course, hugely grateful to our guests who continue to choose to stay, dine and celebrate with us.

A very special place, a historic backdrop and the setting of the incredible Cairngorms National Park here in the Highlands, and we’re thrilled to see it recognised once again by MICHELIN.

Tonight’s pour: Duas Quintas Tinto 2022 by Ramos Pinto, from the Douro Superior.

A beautiful Portuguese blend led by Touriga Nacional (56%) and Touriga Francesa (23%), with traditional Douro varieties making up the remainder. Expect ripe cherry and blackberry fruit, gentle spice and a beautifully structured, fresh finish.

Perfectly paired with a relaxed evening at The Old Manse of Blair Orangery restaurant with good local food, great w**e and time to linger.
