As we enter a busier period, we kindly recommend making reservations in advance, as walk-in availability may be limited.

For the best dining experience, guests are encouraged to dine between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. As all dishes are freshly prepared to order on the premises by a single chef, waiting times during peak periods may occasionally be longer than usual.

At The Wee Choo-Choo, we proudly serve authentic Southern Thai cuisine using traditional family recipes passed down through generations. Unlike many Thai restaurants, everything is homemade on the premises, with each dish prepared fresh daily using carefully sourced ingredients. Many of our key ingredients are imported directly from Thailand, with some speciality items air-freighted weekly to ensure the authenticity and quality of our food.

As we prepare fresh ingredients and dishes each day in limited quantities, certain menu items may become unavailable once sold out. When it’s gone, it’s gone for the rest of the evening.

Our pricing reflects the quality of our ingredients, the care taken in preparing every dish from scratch, and our commitment to delivering a truly authentic Southern Thai dining experience.

Guests are encouraged to dine earlier in the evening. As all dishes are freshly prepared to order by a single chef, service times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that this approach ensures the highest standard of quality.

We take pride in offering a unique dining experience rooted in Southern Thai cuisine. Our dishes are prepared using cherished family recipes and as such may differ from those you may have encountered in other Thai restaurants.

All dishes are meticulously prepared on the premises with precision, authenticity and exceptional attention to detail. As ingredients are prepared fresh daily, availability is limited; once a dish has sold out, it will not be replenished for that service.

We take great care in sourcing our ingredients, with many imported directly from Thailand to maintain authenticity and regional flavour.

To assist us in delivering the best possible dining experience, we kindly request that all reservations be made in advance via OpenTable. Please note that during busy service periods, we may be unable to answer telephone calls.
