🍓 Cocktail of the Week: Strawberries & Cream Highball 🍓

Summer might be drawing to a close, but we’re squeezing every last drop out of it with this week’s cocktail - made for a beautiful day in the Mill courtyard. ☀️

Our Strawberries & Cream Highball combines vanilla vodka, strawberry purée, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup, finished with a silky layer of cream. Sweet, fruity, creamy and packed with that proper end-of-summer flavour. 🍓🍸

Even better, it’s the perfect excuse to celebrate the fabulous berries grown right here in Perthshire.
