We source our fish from either local boat" Keila" or from the Scrabster market. We smoke and salt fish on the premises. Products include smoked salmon, smoked mackeral, smoked haddock & smoked cod. We salt haddock, ling, lythe and cod. We serve fish & chips using our own processed fresh fish which ensures fish is fresh and boneless.
