New menu starts tonight and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.
One of the dishes we’re especially proud of is our beetroot cured trout, sourced right here in Pickering. Beautiful local trout, cured in beetroot for colour and a gentle earthy sweetness, served with pickled cucumber, lemon crème fraîche, fresh herbs, delicate shallot petals and finished with dill oil.
Simple ingredients. Local produce. Treated with care.
This is what we love, working with great products from close to home and turning them into something really special.
