A Magical Morning of Stories, Drama & Adventure!

Looking for something special to do with the little ones on Saturday 18 July?

Join us at 10am at The Half Moon, Sheet, near Petersfield, for a fun-filled Storytelling & Drama Session as part of the Half Moon Music Festival.

Meet the wonderful storytellers Faye and Martin, who will be joined by a host of colourful friends and characters to bring stories to life through imagination, music and drama. It's the perfect way to start a Saturday morning for children aged 2–8 years (and the grown-ups who come with them!).

Rain or shine – the event is covered, so the fun goes ahead whatever the weather.

Refreshments will be available.

Entry is FREE. If you enjoy the session, we'd be delighted if you would consider making a donation to The Rosemary Foundation, helping to support local Hospice at Home care.

🍺 FRIDAY EVENING. FIRST ROUND ON US?

From 7pm tonight, we’re teaming up with for a relaxed summer evening at The Half Moon - and we’ll be picking up the tab on Peroni and Peroni 0.0% serves between 7pm–9pm while the Peroni tab lasts.

Including Peroni Nastro Azzurro and one of the UK’s first draught serves of Peroni 0.0%.

Because the best pub evenings were never really about drinking more… they were about atmosphere, conversation and getting people back together again.

We’ve made a few changes to Happy Hour… and it’s now better than ever.

Yes - that includes a proper glass of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc for £5.

On the bar, we’ve also added a few favourites to the line-up:

- Meantime Dial — an easy-drinking, lower ABV lager (perfect for a couple after work)

- Asahi — our most premium lager, now in Happy Hour
- And brand new… Peroni 0.0% on draught

(Still a rarity in the UK — and we’re pretty pleased to have it on)

30 people. One table. Where else can you do that?

This was a lovely anniversary lunch with family gathered together - no split tables, no separate rooms, just everyone in one place, exactly as it should be.

A relaxed start with fresh bread, olives and oil, followed by a two-course menu with plenty of choice, and the garden just a few steps away for the children to disappear off and enjoy.

Simple, easy, and properly looked after from start to finish.
