Our cafe staff member John and Supported Employment Practitioner Heidi visited radio Hartlepool today to discuss our Feeding Abilities project and the amazing impact John and other staff with disabilities can make to workplaces. Lee, one of our irreplaceable work coaches wasn't comfortable speaking but enjoyed listening all the same 🤩
