Hi everybody it’s Vicky here, as many of you know I would normally do a toy appeal for Christmas for the children of RVI hospital with cancer ( This is something that is very close to my heart as I lost my gorgeous son to cancer) Unfortunately with Oopsy Down Town closing I do not have a drop-off point for toys this year so i have decided I am going to do a Christmas raffle  To hopefully raise money to buy children at the RVI hospital ward 4 cancer unit presents for Christmas. These children go through so much I couldn’t even explain to you how brave these children. They deserve to have a fantastic Christmas even if it is in hospital. If anybody can donate anything please drop me an inbox I’m going to try and get as many prizes as possible in the next couple of weeks to start selling tickets. Thank you for everyone’s help

It would be nice if everybody has the time that has visited Oopsy could leave a kind message for Nicola about the fun times you and your children have had at oopsy down town.
Nicola is really struggling to come to terms with the fact that the shop is closing she feels like she has let everyone down nice little message may cheer her up feel free to leave a picture a comment a little message. one day she might read them all,

Hi everyone it is Vicky here.
I am absolutely devastated that It has come to this. We really did not want the shop to close as we know the children loved every moment of this place. I have put my heart and soul into this place for five years I love to see the children laugh, play even Have tantrums, I have met some amazing friends over the years and will continue to keep in touch with you all.
Nicola keep your chin up hold your head high you have done nothing wrong in this matter it will get sorted and I will always be here for you that’s what friends do ❤️.

Morning everyone.
I know a lot of you are eager to know the state of play regarding Oopsy.
Not good news I’m afraid.
We will not be reopening, despite my very best efforts. I am trying to be very mindful of what I post as this will become a legal matter.
What I will say is that I simply will not comprise the safety of the children of this community for money!
It is not who I am, and not what I do!
Our children and this community have always been the centre of everything I have done and that is why with a heavy heart I have made this decision.

On a brighter note, I would like to say that I’ve had an absolute blast, I have loved every minute and made some lifelong friends. It’s been a privilege to share special occasions and events with you all.
