Our chef Natalie prepares a range of hot dishes from scratch each morning, using locally sourced sustainable ingredients.

You can expect everything from curry and rice and pie and chips to stews, lasagne and shepherd's pie.

We're open Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm - find us at Traynor Business Park in Peterlee!

Meet the Chef...

Natalie Lister joined Tray Cafe earlier this year and brings over 10 years of experience with her.

She has worked in cafes and restaurants across County Durham and Sunderland and is now relishing the challenge of managing and preparing the cafe's vast menu of hot and cold food, which is all made using sustainable, locally sourced ingredients.

She works alongside our front of house team made up of Megan, Leonie and Georgia.

Tray Cafe is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm!
