We’re excited to welcome some new faces to the Chubby Castor team! The chefs have hit the ground running—diving straight into prep, perfecting their mise en place, and bringing great focus and enthusiasm to every service.

Rooted in our passion for modern British cooking, with a focus on seasonality and ingredients grown right here in our garden, it’s fantastic to see that same ethos being embraced by the new team from day one.

There’s something special about that buzz before service—knives chopping, pans warming, and a team coming together with a shared love of great food.
