Primavera - in Italian, it means Spring - the perfect name for a fresh, colourful pizza full of flavour!

How do we make it?
We start with a white base topped with only fior di latte mozzarella and a drizzle of olive oil. Then comes prosciutto, rocket, cherry tomatoes and Parmigiano Reggiano shavings.
A final touch of olive oil, and that’s the deal!
