Hey everyone! Just a reminder that we’ll be closed this Sunday for the bank holiday.

As some of you may already know, we always close on the first bank holiday Sunday of the year and the last bank holiday Sunday.

That means you’ve got today (Friday) and Saturday to come and get you curly’s fix .

What’s your go-to when it comes to the good old Wigan kebab?

👀 Mushy peas — yes or no?
🤎 Gravy — absolutely essential?
🌶️ And do you finish it off with a bit of sauce?

Personally, I’m all for the full works — pie, peas, gravy, stuffed into that roll and let the carbs do the talking! 😂 🥰

Sorry everyone, but we’ll be closed again today.

I’ve been hit with the dreaded lurgy – I think it’s the flu. I’ve been doing my best with Day Nurse and Night Nurse, but I just can’t seem to shake it at the minute.

I’m really hoping to be back up and running for the weekend. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding. ❤️

“Well then… what in the lorne square sausage was that?!

Bloody hell, you’ve fair wiped us out! We haven’t seen a breakfast rush like that since somebody whispered ‘free tattie scones!’

Honestly though, thank you so much for your custom. We know it was absolutely heaving, but we really hope we still managed to get your breakfast to you without you growing a beard waiting on it.

Thanks a million for popping in, for your patience, and for keeping us on our toes. We’ll get the kettle on and be ready for round two!
