If you’re looking for something different, our Tapas & Sangria is available every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

A selection of Chicken Wings, Momo, Sheek Kebab, Veg Manchurian, Fried Fish, Chicken Curry, Rice and Naan, served with a jug of homemade Spanish sangria.

While momo often gets all the attention, Chukauni has been a favourite in Nepal for generations.

This traditional potato and yoghurt salad comes from the Palpa region of western Nepal. Made with boiled potatoes, yoghurt, onions, coriander and spices, it's a simple dish that's been enjoyed alongside rice, roti and sel roti for many years.

It's the kind of food you'll often find at family gatherings, celebrations and festivals. Every household has its own way of making it, but the recipe remains much the same, simple ingredients brought together to create something full of flavour.

Few things on our Chef's Special menu have been getting a lot of attention lately, especially the Tandoori Salmon and Lamb Chops.

Now we've added another one.

Chicken Wings, marinated with Nepalese spices, grilled in the traditional clay oven and served with mint chutney.

Nothing fancy, just good food done our way.

Some of the best evenings start with a jug of sangria and a table full of food to share.

That's the idea behind our Tapas & Sangria Night, available every Thursday at Everest Inn Perth.

A spread of our favourites to enjoy together – Chicken Wings, Momo, Sheek Kebab, Veg Manchurian, Fried Fish, Chicken Curry, Rice and Naan – served with a jug of homemade Spanish sangria made with red wine, fresh fruit, orange juice and a touch of brandy.

Few things we’ve been working on for a while
calamari, lamb chops, tandoori salmon, and even fish & chips but done our way.

And something unique side dish - Chukauni
From western Nepal, Palpa side.
A proper home dish - potatoes, yogurt, onion and spices, mixed fresh and served on the side.
Simple, but always part of a proper meal back home - dal bhat (rice) and Chukauni on the side proper comfort.
