Sri Lankan Mutton Curry
Tender mutton slow simmered in a roasted curry powder base, deep with toasted spices, curry leaves, and a rich, dark gravy that clings to every bite.

Black Pork Curry
Our signature dish pork cooked low and slow with charred black curry powder, garlic, and pandan, giving it that smoky, almost caramelised depth Sri Lankan kitchens are famous for.

Ala Kiri Hodi
Soft potatoes bathed in a silky coconut milk curry, gently spiced and turmeric golden comforting, creamy, and the perfect balance to the heat of the curries.

Served with fragrant Sri Lankan fried rice, parrippu (creamy spiced dhal), themparaduwa salad (fresh coconut and onion relish), and crispy pappadums.

The team Tuskers!!

You are as good as your team and we are proud to have these guys in our team and we are a one big family.

Today we went out for a wee training and celebrated us. Itโ€™s always not just work work work. Sometimes you need to stop and look back, laugh & reflect. We did just that. We laughed, we talked and shared a lovely meal.

Thank you team for your commitment to The Tuskers and us. We love you all!

Our happy place the very first festival we ever did, three years ago, and that same magic is still there. We loved sharing our food with everyone who came along with their friends and family, and it was a true honour to be part of such a beautiful festival, .festival
