Hi all you lovely people it is with great sadness that, after 4 years, we are having to close Rascals.
We have been blessed with some of the most amazing customers, many local and others from every continent of the world. We have loved serving you all and hope that those not vegan have found that there are some awesome and tasty foods that we vegans eat.
We have managed to stay open this long thanks to support from incredibly generous customers and our amazing student now volunteer Louise; she has brought a smile to many faces and kept the laughter going in those wee hours. Thanks, must also go to our newest volunteer Rachel who has been such a welcome addition.
As a charity we have supported over 65 students and have gained so much from them. Their successes have given us enormous joy, and we are so proud of each and every one of them. The hardest part in closing is that we are having to turn away further students who are in need of the safe space we have made.
Our last day will be Saturday 26th September 💙
