Good Afternoon Folks.

Just a Wee Post to answer everyone’s curiosity and questions ☺️

I am not associated in anyway, with the new Business at China China in Perth.

Operating one Business and Kitchen at MaMa’s, is stressful and challenging enough.

The New Owners have decided to retain the original Business name ‘China China’ for their new Business.

I hope this clears up any confusion and we at MaMa’s sincerely wish them the very Best, with their new venture.

A Big Thank You for all of you that visited from the Scone Horse Trials at the weekend.

It was a pleasure to cook for and meet many of you, that follow us on socials and took the time to say a friendly ‘Hello’ as if we were long lost friends 🥰

We had folks from Edinburgh, the Borders, Glasgow, Stirling, Aberdeen, Inverness and Inverurie.

Thank You all for your support and sorry if I’ve missed you out.

I have aways been a dog person, now, I’m a Horsey person too🥰

‘Hiya we were in on Saturday for a takeaway, staying at the Scone campsite. Just to say it was absolutely fantastic 😋 & the tattie scones were to die for 🤩. Keep up your wonderful work on the WOK. Definitely recommend you to anyone & will be back next time we are in the area x’

Where does the Bloody Time Go ???♥️

So, today is Young Charlie’s last shift as the ‘kid’ as he turns eighteen on Wednesday.

Charlie, is going to return to Wok on Thursday ‘as an adult’ he keeps reminding Me.

As tradition would have it, I am usually responsible for one of their first legal age drinks, whenever any of the Foo Young Team, turn eighteen.

So, my Wednesday day off, will consist of Chicken Wings, Chilli Burgers and Jaegarbombs with Charlie and some of the Foo Young Team old and new at my favourite Dundee watering hole ❤️

Apologies for my one handed filming and the other hand cooking.

My Late Auld Fella would often contest ‘You can never beat the Classics’.

Take a traditional Crispy Skin Roast Duck, Beansprouts and smothered in Chinese Barbecue Sauce.

At one point, in the history of U.K Chinese Kitchens, this was the most glamorous meal one could order ❤️🥢

Ye cannae beat tradition !
