After years of passion, dedication, and a love for truly exceptional ice cream, making luxury handmade ice cream here in beautiful Perranporth, Cornwall.

Every batch of ice cream is made fresh daily on the premises, using the finest Cornish ingredients and crafted with care from start to finish.

This journey began back in 2010 after returning from Sydney, Australia, where I trained as a chef to a high professional standard.

Wanting to perfect the art of Cornish Ice Cream, I then travelled to Bologna, Italy, home of authentic gelato to study artisan techniques at the renowned University of Gelato.

The result? Rich, indulgent, small-batch ice cream made the traditional way, with a modern touch, full of flavour, texture, and quality you can truly taste.

Whether you’re a local or just visiting the coast, come and experience handcrafted ice cream the way it’s meant to be.
