Join us for our Breastfeeding Group in Penygraig on Thursdays, 11-12:30. (Term time only)

You are welcome to come along at any stage of breastfeeding (expressing too!) or pregnancy.

Enjoy our play area with your little one and have a chat with other parents over a cup of coffee and cake - you don't need to need support to come along 🙂

Our fully trained and experienced peer supporters will be able to offer support and information about infant feeding.

📣 Please share widely so that we can support as many families as possible. Thank you! 😊
