We’re building our front of house team! ✨

Casa Brío is getting closer every day and now it’s time to build the team that will bring the place to life.

We’re looking for:

✷ Service Lead
Take the lead on service, support the FOH team and help shape the customer experience from the very beginning.

✷ FOH Team Members
Be part of our multi-skilled team, moving between the floor, coffee, bar and cocktails depending on what the day brings.

✷ Kitchen Assistant
Help keep the kitchen running smoothly, from KP duties and cleaning to basic prep and supporting the chefs when needed.

Experience is important for some of our roles, but just as important is the person behind it. We want people who are approachable, friendly, reliable and genuinely enjoy looking after others.

WE FINALLY FOUND OUR CASA 🇪🇸

We’ve been keeping a little secret for a while now and it’s been SO hard not to tell you, but now we can finally reveal...

We’re opening Casa Brío in Penwortham! 🇪🇸

If you’ve followed us through Fairham’s, you’ll know how much we love creating places where people can come together, enjoy themselves and make a few memories along the way. And now, we’re doing it all over again.

Casa Brío is our next chapter, but it’s something completely new. Inspired by our love of Spain, its food, its culture and the way people come together around a table, Casa Brío will be a place for good coffee, great food, w**e and most importantly, good times.

Think brunch, lunch and light bites by day, before things get a little more Spanish in the evening with tapas, w**e and plates made for sharing 🥘🍷

We’ve taken on the former African Village on Priory Lane and we’re going to give it a completely new lease of life. There’s been a LOT of secrecy and planning, but now the fun really begins!

Casa Brío is completely separate from Fairham Gin and Fairham’s Bar. It’s another adventure from the two of us, Ellis & Liam, and something we’re incredibly excited to bring to Penwortham.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing the journey along the way including the renovation, the people, the food, the ideas and everything in between. So make sure you are following our brand-new page:
