Right, so I'm going to be honest with you - I don't usually spend much time in the kitchen... mainly because I can't have a proper natter in there, and that drives me ABSOLUTELY mad ๐Ÿ˜„

But every now and again I get stuck, so of course you have to make the best and have a little play, and this was one of those days!

Made these fishcakes with my own fair hands, and I am NOT going to lie, I'm pretty chuffed with myself ๐Ÿ˜‚

They've absolutely FLOWN out - which either means they were genuinely delicious, or everyone just felt too sorry for me to say otherwise. I'll take either!

What a truly awesome day!! It was a privilege to be just a small part in breaking a whilst raising money for ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป you all kept us busy steaming away and tea until it was time to head inside for it done only the right way to then go back at it again after!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
