We are back from the land of big skies and beautiful sunsets. Apparently the rain we are having now is much needed! We'll if you want a break from the rain, seek shelter at Birchwood cafe and enjoy some deliciousness. We have black pudding or traditional sausage rolls, fresh scones and a multitude of other goodness.

So, another brain worm has materialised into a fully formed product. Not sure if it is supposed to look like this but it taste amazing. We have.... lemon, elderflower and white chocolate blonde. I feel it needs more elderflower. If you try it, feed back please.
Oh yes we are in Shap. On the coast to coast and LEJOG.
