We have taken the decision to cancel the market tomorrow (Thursday) due to the introduction of the new national coronavirus restrictions.

We will be reviewing the guidance and discussing the situation with traders and other partners before any further decisions on future markets are made.

Can we please ask that from tomorrow Thursday September 24th, you download the NHS COVID-19 app to your smart phone. You will be asked to scan our QR code in line with the track and trace system when entering the Coffee Shop.

The only exemption is for people that do not have a smart phone where details must be recorded in our track & trace book.

This is a legal requirement set out by the UK Government.

Face masks are mandatory when moving around the Coffee Shop and can only be removed when sitting down to eat/drink.

So here’s the system we’ve come up with for home deliveries to the villages surrounding Appleby.... please take note of the delivery day for your village & make sure to get your order in before Noon on the day before. This deadline is to enable us to get your order ready in time to go out on the following afternoon.

We are aiming to make Appleby town deliveries every day, however, we require orders to be in by noon on the day before you require it... ie an order before 12:00 on Wednesday will be delivered on Thursday afternoon.
