What a wild treat for our wee businesses here at Hwb Croesor this week! Flamebaster Christopher Roberts popped by with his crew filming season 3 of Flaming Feasts for the BBC. 🔥🧡🔥

Caffi Croesor catered for Chris and the film crew, we had a wee chat about our local, seasonal menu & community values. While Steffan provided his scummy, locally crafted c***r for the shows cook off! 🍎🙌🍏

An incredible experience, diolch yn fawr to all involved, it was a privilege to collab! 🙏 Iechyd da! 🥂

🙏🧡 Diolch yn fawr, thank you very much Naomi Hallam for your collaboration last weekend here at Caffi Croesor stepping in as our guest chef Saturday & Sunday. It was such a treat to work with you through the weekends service, parked up together like the good old days, enjoying evenings unwinding in our very own Sawna Gardd ~ Croesor community sauna

Last week's seasonal salad bowl:
Beluga lentils & bulgar wheat with locally grown kale & cucumber, heritage tomato & pickled wild garlic flower buds. House hummus & chilli relish topped with toasted flaked almonds and of course, nasturtium👌🌿

Milk and vege bags delivered here every Thursday.

Lots of lovely dried wholefood produce and eco cleaning products also available at the self service shop.🌿
