The Red Hen Cafe is now closed for the forseeable future.
Thank you to all our customers who has supported the cafe over the years. And to our staff who worked hard to keep serving all the delicious food and drink.
It is with a heavy heart that we have taken the decision not to reopen the cafe. The cafe has always made a loss, which has traditionally been met by the Rainbow Centre, but the impact of covid-19 on our services has meant that we cannot subsidise the cafe during this uncertain time. We also have a duty to protect the vulnerable clients who are entering our building.
