📋 A couple of important reminders for everyone:

- Proof of address will be needed to update your card — this applies to everyone
- If you’re shopping in our affordable shop, please bring your card so we can update your details
- We can only update address details when you show us new proof of address

📞 Have a question? We're here to help! 😊

Hi everyone! Just a quick note to make sure we can give you the best help possible:

If you have any questions about how the hub works, our services, the affordable shop, or anything else — please get in touch with us directly!

📩 Message this page — Mark or Codie will reply to you
🏠 Or pop into the hub and speak to Mark or Codie in person

We'd really appreciate it if you could send your enquiries our way rather than asking our volunteers — that way we can make sure you get the right answer quickly and our team can focus on helping everyone who comes through our doors. Thank you so much for understanding! 💛

WE’RE REOPENING! THURSDAY 10AM!

Good evening everyone!

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes making some big, exciting changes at Food Facts Friends — and we’re thrilled to say:

📅 We’re on track to reopen this THURSDAY at 10:00am!

We can’t wait to welcome you through our doors to see the new look and all the improvements we’ve been working on. Here’s what’s new:

We’ve moved away from the food bank model completely. The hub is now open and accessible to everyone in our community — come and shop with us at affordable prices! We’ve got some great new things in store too, so keep an eye on our page for all the details coming soon. 🛒✨

📩 A quick note: If you have any questions or enquiries, please send them directly to this page — Mark or Codie will get back to you as soon as possible. We’d really appreciate it if you could direct all your questions to the management team rather than our volunteers, so they can focus on getting everything ready and supporting our community. Thank you! 😊

We’re so excited to see you all on Thursday morning at 10am — see you then! 👋😊
