The local authorities are looking to change parking along the seafront and clifftop in Penarth. We understand it could be as much as £6 an hour on the cliff, which is detrimental to local businesses and families wanting to visit. Also, vastly increasing on-street parking around the nearby houses! Please join us in signing this petition to reconsider these proposals!
