I ADORE Room 7 😍 Mainly because it’s the perfect balance of playful, restful and has the most amazing sweeping views out to sea. It really is a room that you can spend time in, with sofas, armchairs and a good selection of books. This room is a great choice if you want some serious downtime on your trip to Pembrokeshire. If you want to enjoy being by the sea by simply looking at it from the comfort of a squishy sofa…🙈

As we steamroll into Autumn, I think it’s definitely time for me to share our Christmas Dinner Party menu for twinkly festive dinner parties in our magical courtyard 💫💫

This DELICIOUS menu will be available from Friday 27th November until Wednesday 23rd December.
We can seat between 8 to 24 people in the Courtyard and all bookings will have exclusive use of our Courtyard, with its own private bar, candles, decorations, sound system, crackers and of course our famous enormous 12ft Christmas tree! 🌲

In my opinion, afternoon tea is MADE for Autumn 🍂 ☕️🧁 It’s all squishy arm chairs, log fires, endless tea, lots of cake and a wander around the gardens or down to the beach after. It’s really about spending a few hours slowing down.
We serve full afternoon tea every day Wednesday to Sunday at both 1.30pm and 3.30pm.
We ask for 24 hours notice on all bookings as we make everything fresh each morning 🍰👩🏼‍🍳

As October gently rolls in next week, we’re heading into the cosiest time of year in our restaurant Rhosyn Restaurant 🥂💫 I love how drinks on the terrace before dinner morph into drinks next to the fire over the next few weeks.
Rhosyn is open 7 nights a week from 6pm.
EVERYONE welcome. 🤗

Someone said to me the other day that to not embrace each season that the year brings, is a life not fully lived. I thought it was such a good way to embrace the whole year, and it’s hard not to when you’re surrounded by nature and the sea.
I adore the change in colours on the leaves that cover the hotel, the way the rhythm of the day changes (later breakfasts as the sun rises later), the rituals that adjust (lighting the log fires and candles earlier and earlier each day) and the flavours that change in the kitchen.
We also welcome the season of offers as the crowds leave Pembrokeshire. From November 1st, you can have a night on us if you come for three nights with our ‘3 for 2’ offer.

SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE 🧑‍🍳
- We’re looking for an experienced chef to join the kitchen team in our 2 AA rosette restaurant
- The role is full-time
- Salary would be competitive and based on level of experience
- Good tips, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, organised rotas, good coffee, sea views etc!
- There isn’t any live in accommodation for this role

HOTEL RECEPTION 💫
- We’re looking for a highly personable, organised and friendly person to join the reception team ☺️
- Previous reception experience is essential
- Experience using booking systems such as RedDiary etc would be very beneficial
- 36 hours a week and hours are 8am - 5pm
- Competitive pay (based on experience) and good tronc
