A huge thank you to Adam from Waterloo Tea in Cardiff who spent the weekend in Pembroke Castle Kitchen delivering his excellent barista training to our café staff. Everyone not only learnt a massive amount but also had a great time and we're all excited to serve you some excellent coffee when we re-open this Wednesday (5th February)

Just to clarify, we are closed from Saturday 25th January until Tuesday 4th February, re-opening on Wednesday 5th February

The Castle Kitchen will be closed for annual stock take and refurb from Saturday January 25th until Tuesday 3rd February, reopening on Wednesday February 4th at 1030 hrs
During this time all of our staff will also be improving their coffee making skills with some training from Adam at Waterloo Tea, Cardiff who will be sharing his barista skills and expertise

In the meantime we are open everyday from 10:30 - 15:30, serving daily specials and lunches until 14:45 and coffee and cakes until 15:30
